Each Jade Chip Charm begins as a naturally shaped fragment of 100% natural Guatemalan jadeite, carefully polished to reveal the stone's soft blue-green tones while preserving its organic silhouette. No two pieces are alike. Some are longer, some more angular, others rounded by nature, each carrying its own marbling, translucency, and quiet character.
Unlike carved gemstones that aim for perfect symmetry, this charm celebrates the individuality of the stone itself. It feels effortless, understated, and easy to wear alone or layered alongside your favorite necklaces and bracelets.
Guatemalan jadeite is among the rarest jade in the world, prized for its watery blue-green hues and natural variations that shift between sage, seafoam, and mist depending on the light. Every charm is hand-selected, meaning the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photographs in both shape and color. Naturally, beautifully so.

OUR MATERIALS
GOLD FILL
Made for everyday wear, our gold-filled pieces feature a thick layer of real 14k or 18k gold pressure-bonded to a brass core, creating a durable and skin-friendly alternative to solid gold.
While standard gold-plated jewelry often uses less than 0.1 micron of gold, gold-filled pieces contain 3–5% solid gold by weight — which is about a hundred times thicker. With proper care, they maintain their shine beautifully and offer the ideal balance of quality, longevity, and affordability for sensitive skin.

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items or purchases made with our newsletter promotion.

WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY:
At Midori Jewelry Co., we prioritize the quality of our products and guarantee that our jewelry is shipped to you without defects or damages. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, Midori will offer warranty for any pieces purchased within the last 90 days, excluding normal wear and tear or failure to adhere to the care instruction on the jewelry.
Since our pieces are handmade, it is delicate and requires considerable care. Please keep the care instruction card included in your packaging and refer to our Material & Care for more information on how to maintain your jewelry.
Solid Gold Jewelry
We provide an extended 9-month warranty for our solid gold jewelry with exceptions (see our conditions below).
CLAIMING YOUR WARRANTY
If your Midori jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, please contact us via cs@midorijewelry.co along with the original receipt of your purchase and a photo of your damaged item. If warranty is approved, we will either ship you a replacement or offer repair services free of charge, depending on the damage. As part of the warranty program, the customer is responsible for purchasing the shipping label for the replacement or repair (detailed instruction will be provided via email). If the item is sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued instead.
CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
Midori will provide warranty for all full priced items purchased within the last 90 days (counts from the delivery date). Please note that we do not cover items purchased from the limited edition or sample sale collection.
Warranty will not be covered if your jewelry goes through normal wear and tear as that is unavoidable with any jewelry pieces, even fine jewelry. Some example of common jewelry issues that are excluded from this warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, peels, bending on the jewelry, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs & bathing)
- Loss or disappearance of gems or parts
- Breakage due to rough use, such as pulling or tugging
