Midori Jewelry Co. is a Canadian company currently operating in culture-rich Bangkok, Thailand.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made with gold-filled, solid gold, or gold vermeil materials including chains and findings. We strive to use recycled gold and silver wherever we can. Our natural gemstones are sustainably sourced by our Responsible Jewelry Council certified factory.
Our high-quality jewelry ensures a long-lasting wear with proper care.
How do I care for my jewelry?
As most of our jewelry is made with gold-filled or gold vermeil materials, you can wear your jewelry safely in water (excluding swimming pools, ocean, or hot tub). We strongly recommend to periodically clean your jewelry to maintain its beautiful gold colour.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?
Yes, our jewelry is water safe! You can wear our gold-filled, gold vermeil and solid gold jewelry in shower. However, please keep your jewelry away from swimming pools, oceans, and hot tubs as the salt and chemicals can harm the jewelry. Please pat your jewelry dry after wearing it in water.
Do you offer repair services?
We offer a 90-day warranty on full-priced items purchased via our online store or in-person. Please visit our warranty policy for details.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We're glad you asked! We do our best to use recyclable materials wherever we can. All of our packaging materials are recyclable, compostable, and plastic-free.
What currency is the website in?
Due to our growing international customer base, all products are displayed in USD. You are able to view the products in your country's currency with our currency converter. Orders will be transacted in USD, and is converted to the local currency via your bank or payment method.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the shipping carrier used and the shipping destination. Please visit shipping policy for pricing and delivery times.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do! We currently offer international shipping to all major countries via Thai Post. For shipping fee information, please visit our shipping policy.
Is tracking code included in standard shipping?
Yes, tracking is available for all shipping services including standard shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For orders outside of Thailand, there may be import duties incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Midori Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the goods. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit?
Although rare, there is a possibility that your package may be lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after receiving the delivery confirmation.
Our shipping carrier provides insurance of up to 1000 Thai baht (approx. $30 USD) for standard shipping and 3000 Thai baht (approx. $90 USD) for express shipping (please refer to our website's conversion rate for accurate conversion).
If you'd like to protect your package from theft, damage or loss for packages valued above the standard insurance coverage, Midori has partnered with Route to provide full protection of the package for a small fee which can be added at check out.
Please beware that Midori is not responsible for covering for loss, damage, of theft of packages for orders valued above our shipping carrier's insurance limit if you do not place an order with the Route protection package.
How can I track my order?
Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you submitted an order with a wrong shipping address, please contact us via Live Chat or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We are not responsible for reimbursing the contents of the package once the order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Are returns free?
The customer is responsible for any postage fees charged to the return/exchange of the item(s) as well as the outgoing shipping cost. International orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love your Midori Jewelry purchases, however if you are not entirely happy, we will happily offer a refund minus the outgoing shipping cost within 14 days of delivery with exceptions (some items are not eligible for return). Please visit our return policy for full clause.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange my item to a different size?
At this time we are not accepting exchanges. To exchange to a different size or colour, please return your item. Once we issue your refund, you may repurchase the item in the correct size.
What happens if I received a damaged item?
We pride ourselves in our quality and ensure items are shipped without damages. However, if you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund. Any defective items past the 14-day return period will be covered by our warranty program with exceptions.
