Shipping policy

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to dispatch, and up to 3 weeks for pre-order items. All orders are processed and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.

Delivery Times
Transit times listed at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. During peak seasons or holidays, please expect longer delivery times.

Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) before delivery (U.S customers exempt).

If a package is returned due to unpaid duties, we’ll refund your order minus the return shipping cost and any import duty charged on the package.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes using express couriers at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
All shipments include tracking and basic carrier insurance (up to approx. $40 USD for standard and $90 USD for express).
For full coverage, we recommend selecting Worry-Free Shipping Protection at checkout. This optional service covers loss, damage, or theft during transit.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Once dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes or retrieval of misdelivered packages.
