We offer a 14-day return on full-priced items or items purchased with the newsletter promotion. Please see below our return conditions and exceptions.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
- We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or with a promotional/discount code (excluding the newsletter promotion)
- We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items (such as engravings, custom orders, etc.)
- We do not accept returns for solid gold rings as they are made-to-order. Please ensure to select the correct size when purchasing our solid gold rings.
- We do not accept returns for sample sales/limited-edition items
- Due to health and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale
- Damaged items due to improper care/mishandling/packaging prior to transit will not be accepted
- Items displayed as "not eligible for return" on their product pages are final sale and cannot be returned
- Returns will be shipped at the buyer's expense (we highly recommend getting tracked shipping as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost/stolen in transit)
- Items shipped after the indicated return window will not be accepted
- We have the right to reject unauthorized returns or returns that don't meet our conditions

To start a return, please click the button below. Once a return request is submitted, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be reviewed. Once your return is approved, we will send a return approval email along with the return addres and how to return the item. The return approval email will include the sole authorized return address. Please note that returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
Do I need to cover the return shipping fee?
The customer is responsible for postage fees charged to the return of the item(s) in addition to any original shipping fee incurred by Midori Jewelry, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not accept any exchanges at this time. If you wish to make an exchange, please return your item first and place a new order for the correct item. Any items returned to us will be refunded according to our return policy.
How do I start a return?

How do I pack my return item?
Please ship back your item in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure the package is padded to prevent damage. On the shipping box/parcel, please declare the item as "Return item to Thailand" and include your name and the order number with the package.
How do I return a damaged item?
Any return on an item deemed as a manufacturing defect must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. If passed the return period, the item will be covered under our warranty policy.
How do I return a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This process may take 2-4 business days.
What happens if my return is rejected?
If a returned item is rejected for refunds due to reasons such as being returned without authorization, damaged during transit, not in original packaging, it will be the customer's responsibility to repurchase the shipping label to have the returned item shipped back to the customer.
Can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel orders once we process them.
I don't see the refund on my account
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
