Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to dispatch and up to three weeks for pre-order items to ship.
All items will be processed and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions about your delivery, please email us at cs@midorijewelry.co.
Please note that the shipping time frames mentioned below are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be influenced by weather conditions and mail volume. During peak seasons, including major holidays, you might encounter delays with standard shipping carriers like the USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
We do not ship to addresses that include PO Boxes with our express shipping options at this time.

Important Update for US Customers
We’re pleased to share that we now handle all import duties and taxes on behalf of our U.S. customers. This means you can shop confidently knowing that the price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay — with no surprise fees or customs bills upon delivery.
How It Works
- Standard Shipping (USPS): Your order ships from our Bangkok studio with tracking and import fees included. Packages typically arrive within 5–14 business days, and there’s nothing due on delivery.
- Express Shipping (UPS): For faster delivery (3–5 business days), we use UPS Worldwide Express. While you may still receive a duty or import-fee notification directly from UPS, please ignore it. Our team monitors and pays these charges manually on your behalf to ensure smooth, uninterrupted delivery.
Why You Might Still See a Duty Notice from UPS
Because UPS’s system automatically sends out duty-payment requests to recipients, you might receive an email or text saying payment is required. Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered. We’ll handle payment directly through UPS before your package arrives at your door.
Your order will clear customs normally, and you won’t need to take any action.
A Note of Transparency: We believe in clear, upfront pricing. Import duties and brokerage fees are already factored into our shipping rates, so you’ll never be asked to pay additional charges after checkout. If you ever do receive a bill or request for payment by mistake, please reach out to us at cs@midorijewelry.co, and we’ll take care of it immediately.
If you placed an order before October 29 and were charged a duty import fee, please submit a reimbursement claim using this form.

IMPORTANT: All shipping will include real-time tracking service and your package can be tracked here.
While our shipping carrier provides insurance up to 1500 Thai baht (approx. $40 USD) for standard and 3000 Thai baht (approx. $90 USD) for express shipping, these limits may not cover the full value of your items. We've partnered with Seel to offer comprehensive package protection during checkout, ensuring your items are safeguarded against loss, damage, or theft. Midori cannot assume responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of packages valued beyond our shipping carrier's insurance cap if Worry-Free Purchase is not chosen at the time of your order.
Please see below a brief summary of the Worry-Free Purchase policy:
Lost in Transit: Claims can only be submitted after 60 days from the shipment date of your order.
Stolen (marked as delivered): Issues of theft must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.
Damaged: Issues of damage must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery.

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a wrong address is entered, please contact our customer service ASAP via the email address cs@midorijewelry.co or Live Chat. If your order has already been shipped prior to receiving the correct address, unfortunately, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing any refund.
