Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to dispatch and up to three weeks for pre-order items to ship.

All items will be processed and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us via Live Chat or email us at cs@midorijewelry.co.

Please note that the shipping time frames mentioned below are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be influenced by weather conditions and mail volume. During peak seasons, including major holidays, you might encounter delays with standard shipping carriers like the USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

We do not ship to addresses that include PO Boxes with our express shipping options at this time.

If you do not see your country on the shipping destination list, please contact us to see if we can ship to your country. 

IMPORTANT: All shipping will include real-time tracking service and your package can be tracked here. While our shipping carrier provides insurance up to 1500 Thai baht (approx. $40 USD) for standard and 3000 Thai baht (approx. $90 USD) for express shipping, these limits may not cover the full value of your items. We've partnered with Route to offer optional comprehensive package protection during checkout, ensuring your items are safeguarded against loss, damage, or theft during transit. It's important to note that Midori cannot assume responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of packages valued beyond our shipping carrier's insurance cap if the Route protection package is not chosen at the time of your order.

Please see below a brief summary of Route Shipping Protection coverage policy:

Lost in Transit: Claim must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update

Stolen (marked as delivered): claim must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered

Damaged: claim must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

For international orders (outside Thailand), please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Midori Jewelry is unable to cover or reimburse these additional costs. As import duties and taxes differ from one country to another, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order.

Additionally, if a package is returned to Midori Jewelry due to unpaid duty fees, a refund will be issued minus the outbound shipping fees, or the package can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a wrong address is entered, please contact our customer service ASAP via the email address cs@midorijewelry.co or Live Chat. If your order has already been shipped prior to receiving the correct address, unfortunately, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing any refund.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package has failed to be delivered and returned to us, a $4 processing fee will be charged on top of a second shipping label that the customer must purchase for the package to be shipped again.
