Return Information

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items or purchases made with our newsletter promotion.

CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense

  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost parcels

  • Unauthorized or late returns may be declined

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (excluding newsletter sign-up promotion)

  • Earrings (for safety reasons)

  • Custom or engraved orders

  • Solid gold rings (made-to-order)

  • Sample sale, gift cards, and items marked “not eligible for return”

  • Damaged items or pieces sent back without proper packaging
