Without Worry-Free Purchase, Midori cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages beyond our shipping carrier's insurance cap. To guarantee full protection and hassle-free resolution in case of any issues, we highly recommend selecting Worry-Free Purchase at checkout.

This service is currently available for customers with shipping addresses in select countries, including the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

As of February 1, 2025, we have transitioned our shipping insurance provider from Route to Seel to offer more comprehensive and affordable coverage for our customers. What does Worry-Free Purchase cover?

Seel's Worry-Free Purchase service protects eligible items against delays, damage, and loss.

Lost in Transit: For issues of loss, where the package is not delivered, the issue cannot be reported sooner than 60 days from the date it was shipped.

Stolen in Transit: If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged in Transit: If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery.

How can I submit a claim?

If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss 60 days after your order has shipped.

Claims can be submitted through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.

How much is Worry-Free Purchase?

For orders under $100 USD, Worry-Free Purchase costs a flat fee of $0.98. For orders over $100 USD, a 2% premium of the total order value applies.

How much does standard insurance cover?

If Worry-Free Purchase is not selected at checkout, customers may receive compensation for lost packages of up to:

  • 1,500 baht (approx. $40 USD) fo standard shipping
  • 3,000 baht (approx. $90 USD) for express shipping

Please note that this does not cover stolen packages with a delivery confirmation. For complete peace of mind, especially for orders exceeding this amount, we highly recommend opting for Worry-Free Purchase.

When will I receive my reimbursement?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following return acceptance

Virtual Visa Card: 1 hour following return acceptance

PayPal Transfer: 1 hour following return acceptance
